This store started from a simple frustration: too many cargos bought online look great in the photo and disappoint after the first wash. Fabric that loses its shape, seams that give way at the pockets, fastenings that fail within a few weeks. We wanted to do things differently.
We’ve built a range in which every style is judged on what actually matters: the fit, how the fabric holds up and whether the pockets are genuinely useful — not how it looks in a shop window. Cargos are made to be worn, not to be photographed.
How we build our range
We don’t put our range together by flipping through a wholesaler’s catalog. Every style goes through the same filter: which fit, which fabric, for which use. We turn plenty down without hesitation — if a pair of cargos brings nothing more to the table, it doesn’t make the shelves.
Straight-leg cargos
The benchmark fit: a clean drape, side pockets you can actually reach, and fabric that keeps its shape wash after wash.

Fabrics, finishing and checks
Fabric makes the difference. We favor heavy cottons, twills and ripstop, with a weight that holds its own — usually 240 to 320 gsm. Too light and a pair of cargos loses its shape and marks at the pockets; too stiff and it becomes uncomfortable. The right balance gives you pants that keep their line and age well.
With elastane blends, we don’t just take the promised comfort at face value. Real ease of movement comes from a measured percentage, between 2 and 5%, paired with a tight weave: that’s what prevents the baggy-knee effect after a few hours of wear.
How the fabric holds up after repeated washing: shrinkage, fading, loss of shape.
The strength of the seams and topstitching, especially at the pockets and the crotch.
The durability of the fastenings: buttons, zippers and drawcords.
The depth and accessibility of the pockets, across different body types.
